New aeronautical authorities are confident that the sector will continue to develop

Alfredo Hernández presented some achievements in aeronautics, an important sector in the country, which must continue in this new administration that has just been installed.

Alfredo Hernández, CEO of the Centro Aeronáutico Tripulantes VIP, recognized at the level of Latin America and the Caribbean, said he was “fully confident” that the new officials appointed by President Luis Abinader in the aeronautical sector “will maintain the great development that has been experienced in Dominican aviation.”

“Aviation has experienced the greatest development in its entire history in recent years in the Dominican Republic and all of this is due, in addition to the wise instructions of President Abinader, to his enormous willingness and interest in developing this sector,” he declared in Miami.

Asked by this medium about his perspectives regarding the new appointed officials, Hernández, CEO of an entity that has provided the country with thousands of professionals in this field, made some comments.

“Aviation has experienced the greatest development in its history in recent years, yielding many benefits to the country and especially to the aeronautical human resources that have been hired in the new airlines, new equipment, new routes and growth of the existing ones,” he said.

“All the parties involved in the sector – he continued – have worked together and we are confident that we will continue on this same path, always with the experienced vision of the superior government headed by our president, who is the most passionate about the development of the sector.”

Hernández has a great experience endorsed by international organizations in the aeronautical educational sector and his contributions to its growth have been invaluable.

“Maintaining the level of operational safety achieved, the need to recruit more technical personnel to be trained as new IDAC inspectors and to join the team to contribute to a better oversight of the operators, are some sine qua non points to be in tune with the presidential vision,” he added.

For the expert, “we must maintain an effective relationship with national operators to maintain connectivity with effective surveillance” and “try to make our country a great center of international operations.”

“We also hope for support for our young meritorious lovers of Aviation so that they can become professionals in the area, implementing a scholarship program, coordinated with high schools. This would be very beneficial for the growth of this industry in the Dominican Republic,” he said.

Added to all this is the need to “support certified aeronautical study centers. Listen carefully, certified ones, who have the endorsement of many years of work earned with effort and business honesty,” Hernández stressed.

“We, from Tripulantes VIP, our Aeronautical Center, will be supporting the work together with the new authorities to continue what our president Luis Abinader has started and dreamed of,” he added.

He specified that “Tripulantes VIP guarantees, through academic excellence, the training of competent, highly qualified and qualified professionals, capable of generating and leading changes based on ethical values so that they contribute to the development of society and the strengthening of the quality of services in commercial, executive airlines or in various areas of the national and international aeronautical sector.”

The Tripulantes VIP Aeronautical Center is a pioneer in training and the largest provider of cabin crew in the region, with high international recognition and prestige.
