Alfredo Hernández Paz, CEO of Tripulantes VIP, recognized as a Latin American Man of Influence 2025

MIAMI, USA – In a moving ceremony held in Miami, the Canadian organization MIA honored Dominican businessman Alfredo Hernández Paz, CEO of Tripulantes VIP, with the “Current Latin American Man of Influence 2025” award.

This prestigious recognition highlights his outstanding work in training young professionals in the aviation sector, as well as his commitment to social and educational development in Latin America.

During his acceptance speech, Hernández Paz stated:

“I feel honored and blessed by God to receive this beautiful recognition, which highlights the hard work we do to support young people who dream of achieving their goals in the world of aviation. We will continue working tirelessly to foster young talent and promote their opportunities.”

This international recognition reaffirms the leadership of Tripulantes VIP as a pioneering institution in cabin crew training in the Dominican Republic. Over the course of 15 years, the organization has positively impacted the lives of hundreds of young people, providing them with tools for their development in the aeronautical industry.

Within the framework of the event, the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in Miami also paid tribute to Hernández Paz and the career of Crew Members of the VIP Crew. The Consul General of the Dominican Republic in Miami, Dr. Geanilda Vásquez, offered congratulatory remarks for the award and for the 15 years of uninterrupted work in support of technical and professional aviation education.

During the ceremony, other prominent figures in the Dominican community were also recognized, including renowned journalist Jatnna Tavárez, as well as leaders from various sectors committed to the development of the Latin American diaspora.
