Tripulantes VIP Signs Strategic Agreement to Strengthen Training and Employability of Dominican Aviation Talent

SANTO DOMINGO.– The aviation training center Tripulantes VIP and the airline Arajet signed an important strategic collaboration agreement aimed at enhancing the training and employment access for future cabin crew members in the Dominican Republic.

The agreement was signed by Arajet’s CEO, Mr. Victor Pacheco, and the founder and president of Tripulantes VIP, Mr. Alfredo Hernández Paz, in a ceremony held at Arajet’s headquarters, with the presence of executives from both institutions.

With this partnership, Arajet recognizes Tripulantes VIP as an allied center in the training and evaluation of human talent, as well as in the comprehensive preparation of cabin crew candidates who meet the high standards of safety, service, and professionalism demanded by today’s aviation industry.

This agreement represents a firm step toward the consolidation of a stronger, more professional Dominican aviation industry with real opportunities for our youth,” stated Mr. Alfredo Hernández Paz, also emphasizing that “this agreement validates Tripulantes VIP’s more than 15 years of experience in training highly qualified professionals and represents a new stage of direct collaboration with the country’s leading airlines.”
